Not Normal Contrails

No one can say the trail captured below is "normal", but it is odd.

The image above was taken 12 years after I began questioning my skies over Houston, TX in 1999. It seemed very strange. There was a 1970 paper "Stability theory for a pair of trailing vortices" This was described as eddy simulations in decaying trailing vortices that sometimes undergo a symmetric and nearly sinusoidal instability. It was one of the things that weren't "normal" to us that we learned about to try and figure out what the heck was going on above us, but it didn't explain all that we were observing, like the source of the barium, aluminum, titanium that was being found in rainwater.

Back in 1999, I had noticed things were different and wanted answers to my questions. I met others on the internet that were in the same situation. We were dismissed, mocked, called "conspiracy theorists" and "kooks." We became confused. We knew what vapor trails, contrails, looked like and how they behaved. This was not what we were seeing. We still saw normal contrails too and they acted normal. This other stuff did not. It spread, it lingered, it gradually covered our skies from horizon to horizon with a gray haze which at times left a chemical taste in our mouths. We saw "sun dogs". Prism-like affects on the remnants of the trails. We also saw rings around the sun. Rainbow halos of sorts with no rain and no clouds. These things often were in the skies a day or two preceeding storm fronts. Drought conditions across the country were on the increase. There was also an increase of reporting of respiratory issues and "flu-like" symptoms in the areas of heavy activity. Nothing about what we were observing was normal. In early 2000, myself and a great woman named Dona founded a "group" on Yahoo called Chem Trail Tracking USA. We started out with less than a dozen people. It had a calendar function which was used to log observational reports. This is how we discovered the activity was also taking place in Canada and other countries. It also had a library function in which we kept research documents, and it had a message board. We accumulated a lot of information in the years the group was active. Yahoo took the club down in August of 2013 with no notice or reason. By that time we had over 4500 members. Needless to say, we lost all of the calendar data, and most of the data and documentation in the library. It was very frustrating and concerning for all members.

I had been posting on my website about the so-called "chemtrails" subject for years before Yahoo shut down Chem Trail Tracking USA. As the topic became more popular, so to speak, the visitors to my website increased. In 2000, I began to track specific pages on my site to observe who was visiting it. I had log data of all the activity on my tagged pages, including IPs, so I was able to track the visitors. I was amazed to see who was hitting the site. When I got a hit from the Executive Office Of The President, USA, Washington, DC, well, let's say it was a surprising moment. Carter was President at the time. There is no way I could guess the IP of POTUS, no way. I started making a list of the government, military (foreign and domestic), corporate (foreign and domestic), and academic visitors of interest. I posted the list and a narrative on my website. You can see the visitor list yourself at the link below titled Strange Site Visitors in 2000. I will ask the same question I asked then now. "If those planes spraying whatever it is that's coming down on all of us here and on many countries abroad is not REAL....then WHY are all these nice people spending their time at my little old website?" I'd STILL like an answer. I have said for years, I won't spend another 30 seconds on this stuff if I find it's not real. I have been waiting 25 years to quit.

This section of my website is an overview of collected information gathered since 1999 regarding investigation into chemical, biological, electromagnetic and radiation operations, some weather-related, taking place over the US and other countries without informed consent, environmental and human, animal, and plant impact studies. This needs to be addressed, as there have been very serious ramifications and consequences affecting the health, safety, and well being of humans, animals and plants in the areas in which these operations have taken place. The accumulation of many toxic materials have affected air, water, and soil quality in the negative, which threatens to further increase damage to the future health of people, animals, and food supply, all of which are matters of National Security.

These operations are in violation of US Code Title 50, Subsection 1520a(c), which restricts the use of human subjects for testing chemical or biological agents by the Department of Defense. Specifically, "(c) Informed consent required. The Secretary of Defense may conduct a test or experiment described in subsection (b) of this section only if informed consent to the testing was obtained from each human subject in advance of the testing on that subject. It prohibits the Secretary of Defense from conducting tests or experiments involving the use of such agents on a civilian population or on any other human subjects." There are exceptions for certain peaceful, protective, or law enforcement purposes, which are not present. These operations are not "tests or experiments" as they have been going on for at least 3 decades, but I have informed myself, and I do not consent. I officially delivered my non-consent in person to 2 agents of the Oklahoma City FBI Field Office in March of 2025, along with an inch-thick folder of research evidence and information. The investigator agent is Joshua Rich. I have not heard back at all since my almost 2 hour interview. I told them I did not expect anything to come of it, but it needed to be done. I also pointed at each of them as I was leaving and said, "Do good. Do good." I hope they do. We'll see.

The challenge in discussing this issue is the lack of sufficient language which is definitive to what is being explored and explained. The term "chemtrails" is without definition. It is a catch-all phrase. Although, it was used in 2001 by Congressman Dennis Kucinich, Ohio. He introduced H. R. 2977 during the 1st Session of the 107th Congress of the United States. The "Space Preservation Act of 2001" sought to "preserve the cooperative, peaceful uses of space for the benefit of all humankind by permanently prohibiting the basing of weapons in space by the United States, and to require the President to take action and implement a world treaty banning space-based weapons."

In the bill, Chemtrails were listed as an "exotic weapons system", ironically in Section 7 - Definitions. Then the new, revised bill, HR 3616, "Space Preservation Act of 2002" was introduced January 23, 2002. Chemtrails, along with particle beams, electromagnetic radiation, plasmas, extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation and mind-control technologies had disappeared from the bill. When asked at the time why this changed, Kucinich said, "The truth is, there's an entire program in the Department of Defense, 'Vision for 2020,' that's developing these weapons." The terms "weather modification" and "geoengineering" also are insufficent due to the broadness of scope and perceptions. Cloudseeding, stratospheric aerosol injections, ionosphere heating, electromagnetic energy movement, frequencies, solar radiation, radar, and other components lumped together is not beneficial to informed discussions of these complicated areas and how they influence each other and us.

In addition, the lack of familiarity of the public with even the most basic information and facts regarding weather, electromagnetic and radiation related things, causes confusion and overlap of topics in ongoing discussions. The mocking and denegrading of those who are seriously concerned and informed makes discussion less productive.

In addition, as research over the years has determined, many of these programs are connected to the US Department of Defense, DARPA, NOAA, NASA, SAGO (HAARP), US Air Force, US Navy, NSWP, and corporations such as Boeing, General Dynamics, Raytheon, Rockwell, Lockheed Martin, and others. Therefore, much of the details of operations, programs, contracts, and grants are considered classified, therefore very restricted and difficult to access.

Despite the above challenges, a great deal of research, investigation, and reporting has taken place by concerned individuals and groups for a very long time. Despite the efforts of those who claim such investigation is "conspiracy theory" or otherwise attempt to dimiss the aforementioned years of reporting the information from the investigations and research, (like the current efforts of the EPA and its "task force") questions and concerns still remain. The difference between contrails and "chemtrails" is well known and has been proven for years, both by direct observations and measurements aloft. When winds aloft temps and other conditions which naturally form contrails are NOT present in the atmosphere, then what are the trails that ARE present, observed, and recorded in real time during those conditions? This needs to be acknowledged and answered. The ongoing retort that "they're just normal contrails" has been disproven long ago and is no longer valid. Stop using it, it makes those that do use it look stupid or suspicious at this point.
