In Spring of 2009 I got entirely frustrated and saddened
by the accummulation of distressing issues around all of us,
and the infuriating tolerance of the American public.
This resulted in my doing a page that started to be about the
then pending legislation HR875 & S425, but in the writing of it,
it just became about so much more.
